We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below are the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

🇪🇺 For customers in the European Union

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@credenz.art within 14 days of delivery.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If your order qualifies for a longer return period stated below, the more favorable condition applies.

🌍 For customers in the United States and other countries

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • You must contact us at contact@credenz.art before sending the item back.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

🚫 Non-returnable items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse

🚚 Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are free.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments without tracking.

❗ Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
